Ok, so here are the pictures from the ultrasound:
This next one makes me laugh. It looks like he's smiling really big with his eyes open. Kind of creepy....

And the drumroll please.....
It's a boy!!! Today was the big day and we found out we are having a boy! We are both very excited. My mom was convinced that I would have a girl. I think that's just because she wants more granddaughters! Now she'll have 5 grandsons and only two granddaughters, so we really do need more girls in the family. It is weird being able to say he and know for sure it's a he. I always felt bad calling my baby an "it", so I'm glad I don't have to say "he or she" or "the baby". I can just say "he"! :) It was really fun seeing him today in the ultrasound. We got to see all sorts of things such as the boy parts (of course), the heart, kidneys, spine, his brain, nose, lips, ect. He was asleep and really still during most of it, but then at the end, he woke up and was wiggling around like crazy! Today just made it seem even more real, and now I just want it to be July so I can hold and love him!

Little Nudger
Over the past month, I have been hearing people who are about as far along as I am talk about feeling the baby kick. There were two times a couple of weeks ago that I thought I felt something move, but wasn't sure if it was really the baby or just my stomach growling or gas! I know people feel it at different times and many first time moms don't realize they are feeling the baby at first, but I was starting to get worried that I hadn't felt anything for sure yet! However, a couple of days ago I felt baby move for sure! I was excited! I have now felt my "little nudger" (to quote Bella) at least a couple times each day since then. I feel much better and feeling the little flips inside me make it a lot more real. We find out on Thursday what we are having, and we are super excited to finally know so we can start getting things ready and buy cute little clothes and things!

First comes love, then comes marriage...
Then comes the baby! Yep, I am 16 weeks pregnant! So far, things have been going great. I haven't been sick at all, which is very nice to not have to deal with throwing up and stuff while working about 40 hours a week. It is baby season or something because SO many people I know are pregnant! It is fun to be pregnant at the same time as them and share the joys (and the not so joyful things) of pregnancy. At about 11 weeks I had my first appointment and they did an ultrasound. That made it so much more real. I am due on July 30th, which is actually 2 years after our first date. Chances are I won't actually have the baby on that day, but it would be kind of cool if I did. :) We are excited for this new member of our family and the experiences that will come from raising children.

Home Sweet Home
In December, we bought a townhouse in south Provo. We moved in at the end of December and have been settling in over the past month. We absolutely love it here! It feels so much more like home than Wymount did, and its three times the space! It was newly remodeled before we bought it. Here are some pics:

New Job
Last week I finally got a job at a salon! After two years of putting it off, I decided to stop making excuses and just do it! My first day was today. Wednesday is the slowest day of the week, so I did pretty much nothing all day. I did have one haircut at 5:30, after I had been there for 3 hours. It will get better though as I build up a clientele. I am excited to finally be working doing something that I love! I will still work at Brick Oven for a while because I won't make very much at first. I am finishing up the semester at BYU and working 2 jobs now, so it will be a busy next couple of weeks! It hasn't been too bad so far, but we'll see how it goes!

Halloween!
A couple weeks before Halloween we had a Pre-Halloween party with Alex and Jon, Mike and Rachel, and Kelly and Brad. It was super fun! We ate homemade chili and cornbread, made by Alex, and then carved pumkins. Brad decided it would be funny to throw pumkin guts at me in this picture.

Notice how Jake didn't even act like he cared... haha j/k. Ok, so he really didn't throw the guts. That would have been disgusting! We ended the night by watching Ghostbusters. I hadn't ever watched that movie all the way through and it was funny, but really weird.
